An overseas client tried sourcing auto parts from India without success. We met accidentally and suggested he give us his requirements. We worked with auto part manufacturers across South and Western India, listing key companies and their capabilities.

Together with the client, we visited these companies, and he was overwhelmed by the quality of products.

Process: Specifications circulated among prospective suppliers. Gathered price ideas and exchanged them with the client. Client chose suppliers based on factory inspections.
